Personal Information

Betty and her husband Douglas moved to Texarkana in 1980. They have reared two childen who graduated from Texa High School. They are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren. Betty welcomes the opportunity to futher her public service efforts in the capacity of Ward 3 Council Member. This position will fulfill her philosophy of "being the change I want to see."
