Program Description:

This program provides legal representation for the City in the Municipal Court.

Program Focus:

  • Supports the mission, vision and goals of the City of Texarkana, Texas.
  • Gives legal advice regarding the enforcement of City Ordinances and state laws.
  • Serves as the Municipal Prosecutor.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned b y the CEO/City Manager.
